1The Requirement

The Government of Gujarat required sheet metal casings for electrical meters being deployed across utility infrastructure. The casings needed consistent dimensional accuracy across large volumes, a corrosion-resistant powder-coated finish rated for outdoor installation, and the ability to scale production while maintaining a tight phased delivery schedule.

2Our Solution

Baaz Metal Works manufactured the entire order in-house — from CRCA sheet cutting and CNC precision bending to welded assembly and electrostatic powder-coated finishing. We implemented batch-level QC including dimensional checks, coating DFT measurement, and visual inspection. Deliveries were staggered to match the project's phased rollout across multiple deployment sites.

1The Requirement

A Gujarat-based solar EPC contractor needed IP65-rated ACDB and DCDB enclosures for a ground-mount solar project. The requirement included custom cable gland cutouts, SPD mounting provisions, and outdoor-grade UV-resistant powder coating — with delivery aligned to the project commissioning timeline.

2Our Solution

We manufactured IP65 wall-mount enclosures in multiple sizes (400×300×200 mm and 600×400×250 mm) with CRCA construction, silicone gasket sealing, and RAL 7035 UV-resistant powder coat. Custom cutouts for cable glands and SPD modules were laser-cut per the client's drawings. The order was completed and dispatched within 15 business days.

1The Requirement

An Ahmedabad-based panel builder needed floor-standing control cabinets for a motor control centre (MCC) project. The requirement included 2000×800×600 mm cabinets with multi-point locking, modular side-joining capability, and internal compartmentalization — with strict dimensional tolerances for bus bar alignment.

2Our Solution

We fabricated heavy-gauge (2 mm) CRCA floor-standing cabinets with plinth bases, multi-point locking, and provisions for side-by-side joining. Internal mounting plates and cable management trays were pre-installed. The cabinets were powder-coated RAL 7032 and delivered palletized to the panel builder's workshop.
