Every enclosure is manufactured in-house at our Vadodara facility. From raw sheet metal to finished product — cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, and quality control.
Cutting
Laser & CNC Punching
High-precision laser cutting and CNC turret punching for clean edges and accurate cutouts. We process CRCA, GI, and stainless steel sheets up to 3mm thickness.
- Laser cutting: up to 3mm mild steel, 2mm SS
- CNC punching: standard and custom tooling
- Tolerance: ±0.1mm on laser, ±0.2mm on punch
- Sheet size: up to 2500×1250mm
Bending
CNC Press Brake
CNC press brake bending with programmable back-gauge for consistent, repeatable bends. Complex multi-bend parts with tight tolerances.
- CNC press brake: up to 3m bending length
- Bending force: up to 160 tons
- Angular tolerance: ±0.5°
- Multi-bend capability for complex enclosures
Welding
MIG, TIG & Spot Welding
MIG, TIG, and resistance spot welding for structural integrity and clean finish. TIG welding for stainless steel enclosures requiring a polished appearance.
- MIG welding for mild steel and GI
- TIG welding for stainless steel (SS304/SS316)
- Spot welding for thin-gauge assemblies
- Post-weld grinding and finishing
Powder Coating
Electrostatic Application
Electrostatic powder coating with pre-treatment (degreasing, phosphating) for superior adhesion and corrosion resistance. Available in any RAL color.
- Pre-treatment: 7-tank process
- Coating thickness: 60–80 microns
- Any RAL color available
- Textured and smooth finishes
- Salt spray resistance: 500+ hours
Quality Control
QC Checklist
Every enclosure goes through a rigorous quality control process including dimensional checks, coating thickness measurement, gasket seal verification, and functional testing.
- Dimensional inspection with calibrated instruments
- Coating thickness measurement (DFT gauge)
